SONAR
One workbench with two sides: a panel of economic operators measured with the same metre, and a daily observation of the world they operate in. SONAR is owned by STAIRS Srl and made available to Istituto ISR and to the BSR Observatory.
Many companies, one metre
An advisor who follows fifty companies has fifty spreadsheets and no way to compare them. SONAR gives each operator the same position, computed the same way, and keeps the history of every change.
What each operator carries
- Geopolitical and geoclimatic exposure, by country and by process area
- Legal responsibility and the state of its organisational model
- Disturbance and regulatory pressure on the countries it depends on
- Supply chain, with the countries behind the suppliers
- The history of assessments: who decided what, and when

What the world did today
Every day SONAR collects public sources — press, official journals and registers, climate and conflict data — computes the indices from them, and leaves the evidence attached to each figure. Nothing is summarised away: the reading and the numbers stay separate.

Intelligence that stays where it is put
SONAR and TRAMA 360 run on a local engine, petrus_ulyxes. It reads documents and proposes; it does not decide and it does not compute the figures.
The engine has no tools, no shell and no network of its own. It listens only on the machine it runs on, with a single conversation at a time and a fixed context. Client documents never leave that machine.
- It reads, it does not write numbers. Every figure comes from published arithmetic.
- It has no way out. No external calls, no side effects, nothing to execute.
- A person signs. A proposal becomes a record only when a professional accepts it.
